[Question] Is there a way/tweak to keep Apple Music Library after changing App Store account?

My whole entire Apple Music Library loses sync and gets deleted every time I change my app store account. Even though I am in the UK at the moment, most (if not all) of my apps are purchased and downloaded from the US App Store. In order for me to keep my apps up to date, I must stay logged in on my US account. However, I can only subscribe to UK Apple Music because I no longer have a US payment method which is required for US Apple Music. Hopefully I've explained this well enough to not confuse anyone.

In general, is there any way to isolate Apple Music to its own Apple account and not have a change of whichever account that is logged in on the App Store affect it?
