No sound when playing Spotify...

Hopefully someone here can help. I have been googling for ~15 minutes to no avail...

So, I just bought my Echo from Home Depot today and got it home and set up. Went through all the motions to get my accounts linked with the Echo and whatnot.

Everything has been working brilliantly except Spotify playback.

I will request a song or artist such as, "Alexa, play Bruno Mars on Spotify" and she will reply, "Playing Bruno Mars on Spotify", but no sound comes out...

Anyone experienced anything similar with an Echo out of the box? Thanks!
