Scanning and repairing drive (C:)...

So I recently did a mild overclock on my xfx hd 7870 and started playing some games to test it out. About 10 minutes in, I get the solid green line screen and my computer restarts. It booted up but it won't go any further than Scanning and repairing drive (C:)... .

Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Thanks.

Oh and btw, I'm running win10.
