Help with finding headlamp

I'm looking for a lightweight frogging light. Want it to throw at least 50 yards and be able to show a frogs white yellowish eyes easy. Needs to be water proof and durable. Want 18650 battery so I can carry multiple and swap out. I was thinking of the zebrlight H600w Mk II 18650 XM-L2 Headlamp Neutral White. (Is neutral white good to reflect off eyes?)
