Super high prices for recent Star Wars related sales? What's the deal?

I'm just getting back into collecting vintage SW merchandise and I was looking through recent eBay auctions (sold items, sorted with the highest prices on top) just to see what cool stuff has been sold. Then I ran across a couple items that have me baffled. What did these go for so much?
