Cinder-block basement wall, small leaks near base

House was built in the 50's, so I assume that is how old the cinder-block and mortar is. When we get heavy rains I see these little leaks (in the below video) around the basement walls near the floor. The foundation is roughly 4-feet into the ground, with the rest being above.

We have a french drain and a sump-pump so its been somewhat of a non-issue, but some of the heavier rains force water out of the holes at an increased rate and miss the drain (as shown in the video).

Is there anything that can be done about this?
