Pound for your cats

Currently in game if you dont feed your cat for a period of time it will run away on you. And it sucks because yesterday I was trying to grow my kitten to a cat and it ran away around 2 hours in. so what I am thinking is there can be a pound so when your cat runs away you can pick it up there for a fee. Kinda like the insurance for boss pets. It will help people alot ;)
