Moby on Season 7?

So, I'm re-watching Season 7 to get psyched for the new season, and during the second episode mini challenge (where they get blown by the pit crew) Moby walks in. I remember this not making any sense to me the first time I saw it, and I'm still left confused by his appearance. I was wondering if anyone has insight as to why Moby showed up for this mini challenge.
