Need tattoo design help!

I want each line on separate sides of my body possibly under my arm on my ribs.

These dates are the days of passing of my grandparents (grandpa/grandma) (grandpa/grandma) and the symbols beside each date represents something that the grandparents influence shaped me to become who I am. Taste in music, love for travel, Heritage, and having trouble finding something for my second grandma(she was a caregiver and a family oriented mom who taught me the value of family) suggestions on a small symbol for that are welcome. Would prefer the dates to be in xx/xx/xx format. If someone could help me design a rough draft of this tattoo That would be awesome! Cheers!
