hypothyroidism and soylent?
I was wondering if anyone happens to suffer from hypothyroidism. I've been drinking Soylent for a few months now. I began with 1.5 and would have a 1/2-1 serving a day in a smoothie for breakfast, but I recently switched to 2.0. Out of convenience I am able to have one for breakfast, and throw another bottle, sometimes two in my bag and have it for lunch / early dinner. After a few weeks of upping my intake to 2-3 servings I have been feeling really strange. Fatigue, hands feel slightly numb, mental fogginess. I went to the doctor today and they think my thyroid levels are off. (I won't hear back from them for a few days, so I really don't know if this is even the case) I was doing some research and I was reading soy can affect the thyroid. I know Soylent doesn't contain a lot of soy, but does anyone have any ideas of whether this could have triggered something for me?
