Need help remembering a mod.....

There was a mod that was announced here a while ago where the player could become a land owner. I forgot what the mod.was called, although I think that the mod was called land owner but I can't seem to locate it anywhere. I believe the author said it was released but I'm not too sure. I remember in one if his descriptions of the mod, that he said that the player can hire mercenaries to defend their plot of land and stuff like that. Thanks.
