Collector that wants to start playing seriously

So, as the title suggests, I have been collecting monsters since November 2014 but haven't seriously been playing the game. Yesterday, I made my 5th six-star creature and feel like I'm pretty far behind.

I have about 200+ 5/6 star runes, none of them "useless". What I need are suggestions for my best possible Giants B10, Dragon B?, and further in raid teams. Here are my monsters: http://imgur.com/a/EgfZP
