Are there any legitimate ways to get natural, thicker, fuller eyebrows?

I am a fan of big brows. When I was a kid in the nineties and thin brows were in, I plucked them nearly bare. They've grown back some, of course, but they are still super thin and sparse. I'm skeptical of almost everything I read, but I'd be down to listen to some of you here if you really believe in something.
