Will there be crafting or building features? Will we be able to sell things or run a business?

Not sure if this has been asked elsewhere. I've been thinking of all the things you can possibly do in this game. I'm just looking for some clarification.

Will they be implementing the ability to craft or modify things like your weapons or EVA suit?

Will you have the ability to paint, decorate, or physically modify the interior/exterior of your ships?

I doubt this is in the plans, but it would be awesome if you had the ability to rent store-space to sell things you find in space or get from others. Like just run your own little shop.

I was also hoping you could rent an apartment in a skyscraper or something on most any planet and just have a place to hang out with friends or something.
