Want to buy tickets with good odds, don't want to be a jerk, I'm out of the loop, please advise

I entered the lottery (I guess it was a lottery) for San Francisco tickets this July, didn't get any. So I guess I'll try to log onto Ticketmaster.com at 1 second after noon, tomorrow, February 25, try to buy some. I'm guessing they sell out almost immediately. I've always wanted to attend a Phish concert, never managed it.

What can I do, if anything, to improve my chances of getting tickets when trying to buy on-line, without being a jerk? Does it help to register for Ticketmaster.com more than once, using different email addresses, for example? Would Trey disapprove?

What if, in the process of trying to improve my chances of getting tickets, I buy more than I can use? Would I be a jerk to sell them to someone else who I don't know?
