What to Upgrade...

So I have some money to upgrade 500-700 CND, my current build spec is below. I am torn between a few upgrades I would like and I would like to know what my Glorious Brothers think.

1. Add a Second R9 390 - This would be nice because I could run all my games in Eyefinity on my 3 1080 monitors(downside is I will probably need a new PSU for this). Considering just waiting for the new cards and selling my 390 for something newer and better.

2. New Monitor - It would be nice to play Star Citizen, GTA V and other games at 1440p and I really like this monitor. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009769

3. Custom Liquid Cooling Loop - I have wanted this for a long time and I will eventually get one, probably not a great time to do it because I would not get a GPU block(why bother when I am probably getting a new GPU by the end of the year) I also just got the H100i after my older Antec AIO died in December.
