electrum/multisig

Hi, ive always used blockchain.info but want to switch over to electrum. I have a few questions about setting up electrum on Tails/Mac

1. Would you guys recommend setting up a cold wallet on my mac and a usb for back up or should i just go on tails and enter my seed to use it and just have multisig setup?

2. Would you guys recommend sending my coins through a mixer then into electrum and then using a mixer into the DM or should I just use the mixer when wanting to send from electrum to the DM?

3. Is keypassx safe to use to store the electrum seed or is it better to write it down and also save onto a usb? Ive asked this once but didnt get too many responses so I just wanted to hear other opinions.

4. Multisig for electrum asks for another person or persons to confirm

5. regards to this guide for Multisig { https://www.deepdotweb.com/2015/03/21/multi-signature-transactions-electrum-2-0/ } requires your DM wallet and the vendor. Now if I am on multiple markets would i just put in my other wallet from a different site? Im getting lost right here..
