Better physics in RS

Will we ever get certain graphics/physics where things don't go through other things? Like my leg going through a gate or my cape going through my nox bow on my back. Will we ever get to the point where the movement of my character moves my gear appropriately. e.g One thing that touches another stops it from going through it graphically....imagine what that would require 0_o
