In the Market for a new headset

I am in the $200 range. I am a gamer, and really need great positional audio. I am new to this whole headset game, so I am having trouble wrapping my head around what positional audio actual entails. I have been using my logitech g430s for years now and honestly I don't have many complaints, the cackling i occasionally get when using the 7.1 usb soundcard is what really was getting to me. I have noticed using the soundcard I find it easier to find where the sound is coming from but the sound quality is very degraded. So really I would really just like a comfortable headset with good positional audio whether that mean 5.1 or 7.1 or whatever. I also dont have the desk space to have a seperate mic, so I would prefer the mic being on the headset. Right new im looking at the sennheiser game ones, but was unsure of the best way to run 7.1 on them, or if it would be needed.
