Far Cry 4 doubt

Hi I recently got a PS4 and started FC4. Anyway I liberated half of the outposts and then I found out that I need to liberate an outpost completely anonymous for a skill. The thing is the later ones will be pretty difficult to achieve that skill. Then I found out that we can reset all outposts and can again liberate them. So I was wondering that if I do this , will all my progress be lost ? Thanks
