How to make a story meant to teach and inform entertaining?

I'm planning on writing a play about drinking and driving for my school. I'm aiming it to be twenty minutes, so that would be twenty pages, give or take. I want to make a story that will successfully plant the dangers of drinking and driving into the minds of high schoolers, but can also be entertaining. How is this best done?
