Com S 228 Help

Okay, so this is easily the most confusing assignment I've ever done. If anyone has completed it and can answer some questions, that'd be great. I'd ask on BlackBoard, but it seems they only answer in riddles.

When creating the Comparator<CharacterValue> object to use as an argument for Arrays.sort, what makes up the body for the object? What are we supposed to do within the object TODO and what are we supposed to return?

Any help is appreciated!!
