MA2onPC Timecode

Hi, I'm having some issues here trying to timecode a track. I am using reaper hooked up to LookBe. MA2onPC is receiving timecode, and i have the timecode page set up with timecode slots, timecode view, clock etc etc.

So i am now trying to create a cue list which is fired by timecode. I have my first cue which is set to MTC trigger on time 0.10. Then i have my second cue set to MTC trigger time 35sec. However when the timecode reaches 35seconds, the cues start frantically switching between each other (cue 2 never actually fires) until i press pause on reaper which stops the timecode, then cue 2 is able to complete its transition.

Just wondering if this is an easily fixable problem, and if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm fairly new to MA2 and timecoding so it could be something very obvious.
