Locked account

I recently bought an account off someone and I added 105 dollars on the steam to do a case unboxing. Somehow the guy found out and now is holding the account hostage and is trying to steal my money. I don't want to charge back because then I cannot use that card with valve again. It's a good amount of money and I have no idea what to do, it's been five days and steam support hasn't responded
