Best STR weapon with interesting moveset?

I've been using the Ultra Greatsword found in no man's wharf, but the constant shoddy tracking and overhand misses are making me furious. Its at 10 and does great damage but it's inconsistent and quite slow to be honest. Is there a weapon which scales as well with STR in the game with a better moveset?

My STR is at 50 at the moment.
