I got some questions

1 - Has ToS already been released on Korea?

2 - A friend of mine said to me that is basically pay 2 play, if you want to trade: you need to pay real money, for exemple. Is it true?

3 - If the answer for 2 is yes, do you guys think that the internacional ToS will be released like this?
