京成成田空港線 アクセス特急 (青砥⇒京成押上線)

I haven't been able to find any verification of this in English.

There is a travel website (Wikitravel.org) that claims that Access Express trains on the Keisei Narita Airport Line will divert onto the Oshiage Line at Aoto, to the Toei Asakusa Line at Oshiage, then to the Keikyu Main Line at Sengakuji for service to Haneda Airport.

They claim that to get to Keisei-Ueno, you will have to and take a Keisei Main Line Access Express instead, and Narita Airport Line trains (except the Skyliner) don't continue to Nippori and Ueno until 16:00 (17:00 on weekends). This is 200 yen cheaper than the Narita Airport Line Access Express, but the ride is 20 minutes longer.
