Anybody tried putting a P* Jack into a XCR?

Just wondering if anyone had tried putting a Polarstar Jack into the metal bodied XCR from Echo1 (VFC OEM). Just had the idea kickin around in my head but hadn't done any serious research yet, just a cursory Google search.
