Questions about being a PC Gamer

Hi, so im a gamer. I game on the xbox (Rip my life), and I know ALOT about PC gaming, i'm currently 13 and I wanna get into gaming. I know that most people game on a PC and I recently wanted one for my birthday. My father seems to think PC's is the worst idea. He has always been a mac person and always will be. I am a mac person too, as i do a lot of photoshop, and editing. But i cant game much, although i pass by with what I can for gaming, I cant do much.... im thinking about asking again this year and putting more thought and explanation behind this. I hope to make my budget around 300-800 dollars. If he says no again this year then im going to start saving money and do it my own and he understands that doing something like this is all mine and he cant do anything about it. So I thought why not start saving now.... what would be the best things to do to start saving or any ideas that would help me still get me alot of gaming for a semi low budget gaming PC..... I already play alot of CSGO and from time to time other games, I want to get into blade and soul but thats PC only. So, any help on how to either make money or ideas for parts I should get would be great. Recap: I live in the US. I already game alot, so im not a soft/small time gamer. I am 13 so this might make it hard for me to make money..... and im looking for any advice on how to make money or tips on parts to get. I already know how to build a PC, (Troubleshoot it, test its fps rates etc.) thanks! :D
