My husband and I love Portland. Where is a good restaurant to take him for his surprise birthday party that can hold a lot of people?

Hey everyone! I'm surprising my amazing husband with a surprise birthday dinner. He works so hard and his schedule doesn't allow him to see his friends often. So this year, I'm getting all of his friends together and surprising him for a nice dinner with them.

We love Portland and have been to many of the fabulous restaurants. My question is, what would you suggest for a nice place that offers adequate space for 15-20 people? I am just in the planning phases right now and want to have a decision made early.

-RiRas charges a fee for an event. It'll be a grand and I can't afford that. -A great friend suggested Salvage Bbq and it seems like it'd be fun. Food for 15 was averaged $333 including tax.
