ELI5: i'm wondering if someone with a radiology background could translate my MRI report (looking for insight into a report, i am not seeking advice on said report.)

Question

Hello i downloaded this report off of my medical care online resource. If anyone can tell me what some of these terms are and what it means for me. Specifically the bold part. I wont be able to see my psychologist for two months as he's backed up on appointments and i was just wondering.

  • Report: MRI brain scan

  • Technique: Axial diffusion-weighted, sagittal T1, axial FLAIR, axial T2, axial T1, axial gradient echo venous weighted, coronal FLAIR and high-resolution thin T2-weighted sequences through the anterior temporal lobe were obtained.

  • Findings: No diffusion abnormality is identified. The ventricles and subarachnoid spaces are normal in appearance. The patient has an anatomic variant with mild prominence of the perivascular spaces at the base of the brain and over the convexity. No alteration of brain density is seen. No mass effect or hemosiderin deposition is identified. The medial temporal lobe structures are unremarkable in appearance. No vascular abnormality is suggested.
