SB 5623 is dead

The bill that would enable the first step towards lane splitting is officially dead. The Chairwoman of the House Transportation Comittee refused to bring a hearing forward for SB5623. That would be Judy Clibborn. Please call her at (360) 786-7926 and voice how disappointed you are with her refusing to bring forward a bill passed by the Senate and ignoring a recommendation from her own party member and bill writer, Senator Tim Sheldon.
