24mil inkjet PVC + transGen on Mac help

Need a source for the inkjet 24mil pvc.

Current method: Using 20mil PVC which i found to be far too flimsy, a dead giveaway when using instate. So I am using the 20mil PVC and running it through the laminator with a 5mil lam then sanding the edges. This solves both the stickiness problem by seamlessly covering the back, although it also makes the card the correct thickness and feel, what do you guys think?

TransGen ------- I am running a mac, i heard v1.0 works on mac but i cannot find any of the modules for v1.0. I purchased a module from payivy although i believe thats for version 5 of transgen correct? Which i cannot run on my Mac if i am understanding correctly.

tl/dr: How the fuck do you use transgen on a mac? and find me 24mil pvc inkjet
