Happy three month anniversary to me... I've been yo-yoing between 316-320 for over a week. Other than that I am down 64 lbs, 2 shirt sizes, 2 pant sizes. not really the most attractive I have ever looked but I was running to get in position..only had 3 seconds Update Pics Here
