Negotiating Potential Job Offer, Seeking some quick advice

Hi everyone, so as my title says I'm in the very final stages of negotiating a potential job offer. I'm currently employed but am looking for other opportunities. Anyway, after having a successful on site interview, talent acquisition has reached out to me asking my current:

  1. annual income + bonus structure
  2. paid vacation amount currently receiving
  3. What sort of compensation I'm looking for in my next job

They have made no official offer yet, but they are probably sizing up what I'm about to ask for. My question to you all is this: What sort of risks are there to lying about my current vacation? I will tell my honest salary and bonus, plus what I am looking salary wise but I absolutely want to get 3 weeks of vacation on my next job at least.

I currently have 2 weeks and think that it is basically the bare bones crappiest vacation package. Are there any risks to inflating my current vacation package? I know that when they do my background check they will see my income, but I can't conceive of any way they could find out my vacation. Unless they ask my company after I start and fire my ass later for inflating my vacation.... is that even likely?

Any help/insight greatly appreciated, thanks!
