How would you respond to this?

I shared a Bernie video on FB and one of my Republican "friends" posted this in response:

"In reference to Baltimore...The Mayor of the city is Stephenie Rawlings-Blake and she has been in office since 2010 and is an African American female. The President of the city council has been in office since 1996 and is a registered Democrat and as well as an African American male. All 14 city council members are registered Democrats and 9 of the 14 are people of color, the Senior and Junior Senators from Maryland are both Democrats, 7 of the 8 members of Congress are Democrats(2 of those 7 are African Americans), and since World War 2 democrats have occupied the Governor's mansion in Maryland for 55 years vs Republican's 16....Please tell me more about what the evil Republicans are doing to disenfranchise the black community in Baltimore, Bernie."
