Sao as a game not a vrmmo

Do you think it will ever be made as a game to play? And if i did code for it would it get copy righted? Im not saying uses everylittle thing about the game but an rpg that has the same idea clear floors and try and win kinda thing with currency to everyday life like inn staying and shop owning
