Changing branches before swearing in?

I just got done taking my ASVAB and am waiting for some other paperwork to clear before I go get checked out medically. Personally, I'm pretty set on going for HM or GM, but I've also put some thought into other branches. Would it be at all possible for me to look towards stopping the enlistment process with the Navy if they can't offer me either of those contracts, and then go to another branch to see what they have to offer?
