Would like to visit Okinawa, need driver and translator

How would I go about finding one? I specifically want to go to Ogimi and live with one of the elders there and see how they live. Who would I contact for this? I don't know Japanese and I am vegetarian. If I like it there then I might get a remote job that I could do from my laptop and move there by buying a house or renting, or living with one of the centenarians. I already emailed the village office but they didn't respond.
