KBOX 70W and Goliath V2

Hello, so I am kinda new to vaping and thinking about getting a little upgrade. I am looking forward to buying KBOX 70W and Goliath V2 but I also have some questions which I am hoping you could answer for me.

Does KBOX 70W goes well with Goliath V2? I know they are compatible because of the 510 thread but do they make a good combination?

What is the difference between premade coils that already come with Goliath V2 and your own custom build coils?

How good is temp control on KBOX70W? I had eleaf istick tc 60w and it was just jumping to temp protect instantly,always had to max temp to 600F to get a decent vape. Just want to make sure that doesn't happen again with KBOX.
