Have you ever walked out of your school?

This has been a common thing for me lately. I never go alone though, because I would have nothing to do. Usually after 3rd period (I hate all my classes afterwards) me and my friends walk straight out of the school doors, but first we have to make sure there aren't any security guards. I did get caught once, but by a teacher I didn't know.. me and my friend just continued to walk. I haven't had any consequences yet, but I feel like it'll eventually get me. I still get fairly good grades. It's my final year, and I've never done this at any other point. I honestly feel like it's improving my social skills, which is really good for me because I've been insanely shy and awkward my whole life.

Have you ever done something similar? Any consequences? Why do you do it? Am I stupid?
