Moving to Amsterdam, what's pick up there like?

Hi, I'm moving to Amsterdam for the foreseeable future for work. Given it's a tourist town, and the Dutch are very forward people, I was wondering if there is any culture specific pick up techniques I should focus on or may not deal with here in the UK.
