Do you think reintroducing headbutts would change things significantly?

To clarify, I'm not asking if you think they should be allowed, I've heard the arguments against it, might even agree, and understand it's the prevailing opinion that they shouldn't be allowed.

My question is do you think it'd alter the rankings, or seriously change how guys fight?
