Whatever happened to Bootsy?

Not sure if it's Bootsy or Bootsie. I'm currently watching S2E10, The Bracebridge Dinner (one of my all time faves) and Bootsy has a somewhat prominent role. I used to like him, his interactions with Luke were hilarious and he talked at town meetings pretty regularly. But I can't remember him ever existing in the later seasons... Am I wrong? Anyone know when his last appearance was?
