Biweekly Changelog 21 - 2016/2/24 - 3/9

We're now up to the 21st Changelog! It can now drink in the United States. As always, this thread can be used to:

• Post the recent changes you've made to your conlangs, talk about any new conlangs you've started on, discuss an idea you have for a new conlang, etc.

• Post goals you have for the next two weeks. For example, you could mention that you want to finish your script and start working on a dialect.

• Post goals that you reached in the past two weeks. If a goal in the last thread was to finalise your allophony rules, and you finished that, you could talk about what you ended up with.

Note that if you have small questions about conlanging, you should post those in the Small Questions thread. Small discussions that you don't feel warrant full posts but aren't questions can go here, as well.
