Can I remove a vac-banned game, and then game share via another account so I can play on my main?

Title may be confusing....

So pretty much, a year ago I was a retard and downloaded a wall hack off youtube for CSGO. Vacbanned account

I have another account which has CSGO, which I use normally now, and is not banned in any way. ALT CSGO Account

It's a pain to switch accounts all the time ;/ ****So If I remove CSGO from my main account's library, and then family share CSGO from my alt csgo account to my main account, will I be able to play CSGO on my main account? ****
