What are you, as tournament goers, looking for in a tournament?

Tournament attendees and/or viewers,

What would you like to see at a tournament? From the food, or lack of, how things run, format, the ball is in your park. Approaching it this way, allows myself and others to at least have an idea of what to provide at a tournament. All input welcomed
