Please Don't Upvote, Dinos Glitched Through base stone foundations in pen before update

I lost 2 150+ rexes 1 male 1 female right before the mini update tonight. i parked them in my garage and left and boom i come back 20 mins later and they are nowhere to be found. no tribe mates were present, gates were shut and pen is fully enclosed with ceiling. my base is at 42-17 west coast below the beach rock. my name is speedraceramerican and my tribe name is tribe of the beach rock. I don't know what to do. I've lost a lot of dinos to stupid things like this and I know it's alpha but this is pretty darn frustrating. I have over 1500 hours in game and this has only happened a handful of times, but it is a bummer.
