PC issue after installing new motherboard

I just installed a new motherboard, and when I boot up the computer it will begin starting, show the BIOS stuff, and whatnot but it randomly restarts as if I pressed the restart button. The farthest I have made it was to my windows account sign in but no further. Any ideas? I need help!
