First 20 days summary

Alright so I have a number of reasons for why I decided to quit gaming which I'm not going to get into unless anyone asks. But I'd just like to share that I am 20 days clean today.

I've been spending a lot more of my time listening to music and socializing than I did previously. I also get more sleep and I'm finally ahead again on my college coursework. I used to waste upwards of 20 hours a week playing various games and I am finding it quite difficult to avoid triggers which make me want to play such as media and friends talking about games. Coincidentally the day I decided to quit I met someone new with many similar interests who I've been talking to a lot. This person has unknowingly helped me a lot to keep my mind away from games which has helped me a lot.

Overall I feel like I have been more productive and social since making this change in my life and I recommend that anyone reading this who is considering gives it a chance.
